Truly Anastazia is an Australian-based small business specialising in handcrafted coco-soy ritual candles. Our products are made in small batches with care and intention.

3. Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
• We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of your order is the price you will be charged.
• Product images are representative. Due to the handcrafted nature of our candles, slight variations in colour, texture, and scent intensity may occur between batches.
• We make every effort to ensure product descriptions are accurate, but we do not warrant that descriptions or other content on this site are error-free.
• Product availability is subject to stock levels. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide the option of a replacement, store credit, or full refund.

4. Orders & Payment

• By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and processed.
• If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, product designs, and branding — is the property of Truly Anastazia and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

6. Candle Safety

Our candles are made with natural coco-soy wax and wooden wicks. For your safety, please observe the following:

• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
• Keep candles away from children, pets, and flammable materials.
• Trim the wooden wick to approximately 5mm before each use.
• Burn on a heat-resistant surface away from draughts.
• Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
• Discontinue use when approximately 10mm of wax remains.

Truly Anastazia is not liable for any damage or injury caused by improper use of our candles.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Truly Anastazia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
